Located on State Route 821 in Complex 2 South, between State Route 60 and I-77 Exit 6 near Marietta, Ohio, Building 25 has easy access and great visibility from I-77 and St. Rt. 821. It is well-suited for shop, manufacturing operation, assembly, and/or storage. 

Buildings are fully customizable to meet lease-holder requirements. All properties include concrete entrance, driveway, and parking spaces.
