Office/Housing Areas

On site housing area will accommodate 5-7 persons (+) with bedrooms and common area, 2 washer/dryer area, HVAC in all areas of office(s) and living quarters, restrooms with showers, separate restroom/shower for women if needed-or an extra for men and kitchen area all separated frm offices but still in same building.

Warehouse/Shop Area

Warehouse/shop area consists of 11,400 sq. ft. with 3 phase-480 electric, tube radiant heating, 20’ ceilings, airlines and water lines, a wash bay area with 36’x 12” grated water channel with 2,200 gallon oil separater, 3-19’ 8” high JIB Cranes with 360 turn with welded stops, paint booth ready/louvered windows with exhaust fans for fresh air during painting or powder coating.

Buildings are fully customizable to meet lease-holder requirements. All properties include concrete entrance, driveway, and parking spaces.

Directory signage at entrances and on buildings are provided by BCP. Monthly fees include snow removal, lawn maintenance, sewer, water, lot repair.
