Oak Room

The Oak Room, a specially-designed space of 1,528 square feet, is available for meetings, classes, and other similar uses.
Features and amenities include a unisex restroom, refrigerator, 75 inch TV, storage room, office, dock storage area, private entrance and parking in front. All utilities, including cable and internet services, are included in the daily rental rate.

The Oak Room can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Broughton Commercial Properties, LLC maintains the property and grounds, including snow removal, to provide a clean, convenient, aesthetically pleasing area for parking and walking access to the ADA-compliant Oak Room. The room can be set up with round or rectangular tables. Representatives of Broughton Commercial Properties will work with you on room layout and setup.
